During the event, Guo Lei delivered a keynote speech. He emphasized that choosing the 101 Tower as the  for the Beijing Regional Headquarters is a significant step for Meide Group to optimize resource al and stay close to the market frontier.Located in the heart of the capital’s innovation zone, the 101 Tower enjoys distinct al advantages, rich technological and talent resources, and proximity to numerous central SOEs, business institutions, and associations. This will provide strong support for the Group’s technological innovation, talent acquisition, service enhancement, market expansion, and brand empowerment.Guo noted that the Beijing Regional Headquarters will become an important window for showcasing the Meide brand and strengthening external relations.This building, standing tall in the highland of science and innovation, will serve as a new strategic pivot for Meide Group to reach across the country and connect with the world. The partnership between Meide and TPG Anzhugaodun will be a new model of deep integration between technological industry and spatial operations.

Mr. Wu Jieneng, Managing Director of TPG Anzhugaodun and Head of Greater China Real Estate Business, reviewed the renovation journey of the 101 Tower in his speech, warmly congratulated Meide on the official inauguration of the Beijing Regional Headquarters, and expressed his hope for further global cooperation between the two parties in more areas in the future.

The event was hosted by Mr. Zhou Zhiwei, President of the Municipal BG of Meide Group.Other Meide representatives present at the event included executives from the Group’s Building BG, Industrial & Power BG, Financial Management Department, Board Office, Domestic Sales Platform, Overseas Sales Platform, and Recruitment Center.Representatives from the partner side included TPG Anzhugaodun Director Zhou Zheng, China Project Finance Director Guo Chun, and representatives from the property management company.Prior to the ceremony, both parties held in-depth discussions and jointly toured the building.
